Migrate Mailboxes to Exchange 2010 Server.
Move SSL Certificates to Exchange 2010 Server. Process is the same as Exchange 2007.
Migrate Public Folders. Process is the same as Exchange 2007.
Configure Offline Address Book on Exchange 2010 Server:
Expand “Organization Configuration” – Select Mailbox – Click the Database Management Tab – Right Click the Mailbox Database – Select Properties
Click “Browse…” – Select the Default Offline Address Book – Click OK
Move Offline Address Book to Exchange 2010 Server:
Expand “Organization Configuration” – Select Mailbox – Right Click the Offline Address Book Tab – Right Click the Default Offline Address Book – Click Move
Click “Browse…”
Select the Exchange 2010 Server
Click OK
Click Move
Click Finish
Remove Mailbox Database from the Exchange 2007 Server:
Expand “Server Configuration” – Select Mailbox – Select the Exchange 2007 Server – Expand the First Storage Group – Right Click the Mailbox Database – Click Remove
Click Yes to remove the Database
Click OK
Uninstall Exchange 2007 from the Server.
